A concise overview of services, operating standards, service areas, deliverables, and contact details for clients who need a professional property record.

Commercial flights conducted by an FAA Part 107-certified operator.
$2M liability coverage; COI available by request.

Areas served
Deliverables
Contact
Response target, service availability, and final pricing depend on project details, operating conditions, and approved scope.
Operating standards
Airspace, site access, and authorization requirements are reviewed before scheduling.
Property access, intended use, privacy expectations, and distribution are confirmed before capture.
Adjacent properties and sensitive areas are treated as exclusions unless approved scope requires otherwise.
Certificate and insurance documentation can be provided to qualified clients on request.
Important limitations
Drone deliverables are visual documentation unless otherwise stated.
They are not a substitute for licensed roofing, engineering, surveying, legal, insurance, agricultural, or emergency-service advice.
Survey-grade, thermal, diagnostic, engineering, or emergency-response outputs require separately confirmed equipment, authorization, scope, and qualified interpretation.
