Solvd Air / Aerial Visual Documentation

Solvd Air aerial documentation

A concise overview of services, operating standards, service areas, deliverables, and contact details for clients who need a professional property record.

Client outcome

We document roofs, solar systems, land, commercial properties, and active job sites, then organize the approved views into a private record that can be reviewed, compared, printed, or shared.

Residential assignments start at $400.

Response target: within 24 hours.

Commercial flights conducted by an FAA Part 107-certified operator.

$2M liability coverage; COI available by request.

Services

Visual records for roofs, solar, construction, commercial property, land, 360, and 3D-ready delivery.

Standards

Part 107, site access, privacy, airspace, authorization, and insurance documentation reviewed before scheduling.

Delivery

Private, organized deliverables that can be reviewed online, downloaded, printed, or forwarded.

Core services

What can be documented

Roof & exterior documentation

Top-down and oblique views of roofs, facades, access points, visible damage, equipment, drains, and hard-to-reach exterior areas.

Solar asset documentation

Rooftop or ground-mounted solar records for layout, installation progress, service context, warranty conversations, and optional separately scoped thermal capture.

Construction progress

Repeatable site captures, dated milestones, staging areas, access, logistics context, and stakeholder-ready progress records.

Commercial property record

Exterior, roofline, parking, loading, access, perimeter, facade, and site-context documentation for property and facility teams.

Land & acreage overview

Broad property context, access roads, vegetation, structures, fields, terrain, and repeatable baseline records for landowners and operators.

360 / 3D-ready delivery

360 viewpoints, short walkthrough-style media, model-ready capture, and supported third-party embeds when richer spatial review is useful.

Contact

Response target, service availability, and final pricing depend on project details, operating conditions, and approved scope.

Operating standards

Airspace, site access, and authorization requirements are reviewed before scheduling.

Property access, intended use, privacy expectations, and distribution are confirmed before capture.

Adjacent properties and sensitive areas are treated as exclusions unless approved scope requires otherwise.

Certificate and insurance documentation can be provided to qualified clients on request.

Important limitations

Drone deliverables are visual documentation unless otherwise stated.

They are not a substitute for licensed roofing, engineering, surveying, legal, insurance, agricultural, or emergency-service advice.

Survey-grade, thermal, diagnostic, engineering, or emergency-response outputs require separately confirmed equipment, authorization, scope, and qualified interpretation.
